The Lantern House joins another of our newcomers – The Deck House – at this prime location with pathways leading down to Beadnell Bay where you’ll find a crescent-shaped beach, a hive of watersport activity and some lovely coastal walks heading both north and south.

Part of a recent exclusive development, The Lantern House has a New England clapboard exterior and French-style coastal chic within. The architect owner, and her interior designer, have created a space which feels both opulent and contemporary. Light floods into the double height dining space adding a touch of grandeur to the open plan living area with its feature log burner. The bedrooms are equally decadent, filled with carefully selected designer furnishings for the perfect finish.

Sleeps: Six in three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite. There is also a family bathroom with walk-in shower.

Relaxing: Open plan living area with feature log burner and patio doors to the outside decked area.

Children: Communal grassed areas for children to play, as well as being very accessible to Beadnell beach. Travel cot and high chair available on request.

Other stuff: Parking for two cars and in walking distance of Beadnell beach and village with its pubs, bistro and shop.
